Quotable also allows you to digitize your existing supplier’s product catalog, enabling real time inventory and ordering, eliminating the manual back and forth of calls, messages, excel, and PDF files. Quotable then becomes the centralized purchasing and sales system for businesses.

Quotable is not a marketplace. Quotable is a SaaS (Software as a Service) workflow solution. Companies can use Quotable to manager their orders and quotations from suppliers they have an existing relationship with for FREE. Suppliers can also onboard customers that are already buying from them for FREE.

WHAT TYPE OF SUPPORT DOES QUOTABLE OFFER?

Quotable offers support to its users, via chat, email, or phone support. We also have monthly onboarding training for both buyers and suppliers. For our enterprise accounts, we offer personalized training for their teams.

CAN I USE QUOTABLE TO FIND NEW SUPPLIERS?

Yes, Quotable is integrated into Shoppable Business which has a network of verified suppliers you can get free quotations from, thus increasing your chances of getting better pricing from thousands of suppliers.

HOW MUCH DOES QUOTABLE COST?

Quotable is free for MSME’s (Micro, Small, Medium Enterprises).

For Large Enterprise Companies, we only charge a monthly subscription fee if we integrate into your ERP system (SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, Xero, Oracle, NetSuite, Quickbooks, Odoo. Otherwise, it’s completely free.

Supplier Plans

Quotable can help suppliers grow their customer base, increase orders, increase average order values, and cut costs by automating manual workflow processes.

For MSME’s (Micro, Small, Medium, Enterprise) suppliers, its free to use the software.
