Project Manager

Position Title: Project Manager

Location: Poblacion, Makati

Job Summary:

The Project Manager will oversee the planning, implementation, and tracking of projects. This client facing role requires strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Project Planning:
    • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
    • Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk management plans.
  2. Project Execution:
    • Lead project teams to execute project plans, ensuring adherence to schedules, quality standards, and budget constraints.
    • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
    • Monitor and track project progress and performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
  3. Stakeholder Management:
    • Communicate project status, issues, and risks to stakeholders and senior management.
    • Foster strong relationships with stakeholders, ensuring their needs and expectations are met.
    • Gather feedback from stakeholders on our technology and how we can improve our products and services based on their feedback.
    • Facilitate project meetings, including kick-off meetings, status updates, and post-project reviews.
  4. Quality Assurance:
    • Ensure all projects adhere to the quality standards and regulatory requirements.
    • Implement quality assurance processes and conduct regular quality audits.
    • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness.
  5. Training and Data Gathering:
    • Develop and deliver training programs for buyers and suppliers to facilitate data gathering.
    • Ensure participants understand the data collection processes and tools.
    • Monitor and support the data-gathering activities to ensure accurate and timely data collection.
  6. Reporting and Documentation:
    • Prepare comprehensive project documentation, including project charters, plans, reports, and closure documents.
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of project activities, decisions, and changes.
    • Generate and present detailed project reports to senior management and stakeholders.

Working Conditions:

  • Office environment with occasional travel for meetings or project site visits.
  • Standard working hours with potential for occasional overtime based on project needs
