How do I know if the Orders placed in my store are Paid?
Login to your account in Shoppable Business and click the Seller Panel. Go to the Orders page > View Orders then search the order number you want to check.
You will see the status per order if the customer was paid.
You can also use the advanced search. Please see the instructions below:
Step 1: Login to your account in Seller Center
Step 2: Go to Orders > View orders and click the SIDEBAR as shown below:
Step 3: Click on the Advance search button:
Step 4: Scroll down to Order status and you can check the specific status that you want to search and hit the “Search” button below.
