Users who sign up on business.shoppable.ph/register within the next 7 days will have marketplace fees waived for sales transactions up to the first Php 1,000,000 (Philippine Pesos) of revenue.
User Eligibility
Users must be of legal age and capable of forming binding contracts under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines to register on the Website.
Account Registration
Each User must provide accurate and complete registration information to create a unique User ID and Password.
Fee Waiver Limitations
The marketplace fee waiver applies only to sales transactions conducted through the Shoppable platform. Any sales revenue exceeding Php 1,000,000 will be subject to standard marketplace fees.
Order Approval
Shoppable reserves the right to approve or reject any order placed by a User.
Product Descriptions
Users are responsible for reviewing product descriptions before making purchases.
Credit Card Usage:
Users are solely responsible for the safe and legal use of credit cards on the Website.
Liability:
Shoppable is not liable for delivery delays, product defects, or other seller performance issues on the platform.
Intellectual Property
All materials on the Website are owned or licensed by Shoppable and may not be used without permission.
Compliance
Users agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the Republic of the Philippines.
Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms and Conditions will be resolved through confidential arbitration in Manila, Philippines.
