- Proper insertion of waybill to POD pocket
- With clear masking tape or stapler on the opening of waybill pocket
- Waybill should not be folded. Prints are legible and exact on the box provided, product type is checked.
- Delivery requirements are in bold letters.
- Barcode should be visible.
- V-pouch – it allows customers to send documents or flat items without declaring commercial value that doesn’t get crumpled or folded.
- For domestic sending only
- Solely for courier acceptance only and not for sale. All associates are prohibited to use the products for other purposes.
- Kargo Slim – newest cargo product
- The kilobox slim is a rectangular folded type box and has a recommended weight limit of 10kgs.
- It can be used as Day-1 only if markings and old labels are removed.
- KB slim are for the customers who will send laptop or other gadgets that will fit into the box.
- Recommended to use bubble wrap for breakable items.
- Write a label on the box with “V-Cargo with Batt” for electronic gadgets with batteries.
