What are the documents needed as evidence for my return/refund request?
Make sure that your order is still within the Shoppable Guarantee period. Before raising a return or refund to Shoppable, make sure that the condition are met:
- Damage Product
- Should submit a photo or video of the product, showing physical damage like broken, cracked, scratches, etc.
- Photo or video showing front and back of the box or packaging before opening. Make sure that the Air waybill is readable.
- Expired Items
- Video showing upon opening the package without cutting or editing the video and focusing directly with the expiration date.
- Items with issues
- Photo or video showing the issues upon receipt.
- A complete description of the problem to help our investigation clearly.
- External Packaging
- Photo or video showing the Front, Back and all Sides of the outside packaging with readable Air Waybill before opening.
