How much does procurement-as-a-service cost?

We believe that every business has different needs, which is why we have several options that you can choose from.

Option 1): On demand procurement service

Q: How do you make money?
A: We build our margins into the price we sell to you. We are direct with brands, distributors, factories and importers, due to our buying power and business relationships we are able to get the best prices and we pass these savings to you.

Option 2): Dedicated procurement as a service
Service Price: Variable procurement fee (% based on purchase volume)

Q: How do you charge for dedicated procurement as a service?
A: We charge a small % of the product costs we source for you under our dedicated procurement as a service program. The fees are on a sliding scale based on the purchase volume. Contact us for a free consultation.

Is your pricing competitive vs other platforms and retailers?

Yes, most of the time our pricing is the same or cheaper if you buy in bulk. We monitor market prices daily and have RFQ requests daily. By asking for an RFQ, we can provide you with the best price as you are free to negotiate directly with Shoppable and verified suppliers on every purchase. We are able to provide great pricing to our customers because of our strong relationships with our suppliers, buying power, and logistics network.

Do you offer 30 day payment terms?

Yes, we offer 30 day terms to verified buyers on our platform through our Pay by invoice program. We start off our verified buyers with a credit line that they can use for purchases and must pay back within 30 days. The credit line amount will vary per business. To become verified, we ask for you to submit your business registration documents SEC/DTI, Business Permit, BIR 2303, and GOVT ID’s.)

I don’t have any employees that are focused on procurement, can I outsource this to Shoppable?

Yes! We can act as your procurement team. We will assign a dedicated account manager you can send RFQ’s to and we’ll come back to you with different options and the best prices from our network of 2,000+ suppliers. This is a free service we are providing for new customers. 

Do you support NON-VAT, Witholding Tax, PEZA and BOI registered companies?

Yes, we support Non-vat, Witholding Tax, PEZA and BOI registered companies. Please submit proof that you are part of these programs and we will waive VAT for your purchases.
