Q: Tell us about yourself and the work that you do.
A: Hello, ladies & gents! I’m Cha, and I manage a team of amazing Product Content Specialists for Shoppable.
Q: Tell us something you find interesting about the work that you do (It could be anything)?
A: What’s interesting in our work is that we get to know a lot of things about certain products that we are not really familiar with but are available in the market.
Q: When you’re not working, what do you do with your time?
A: When I’m not working, I make sure to spend time with my family, whether it’s going out for lunch/dinner or just watching movies at home with them.
Q: Tell us something about yourself that you’re proud of and that you want more people to know about.
I’m proud of being a mother. For me, it’s the toughest job in the world that is most often neglected. It has no paycheck nor seasonal bonuses, yet it is the most fulfilling job a woman can have.
Q: How does your work now align with your career goals?
A: Being in the eCommerce industry for seven years, it was a perfect opportunity for me to have advanced to a leadership role at Shoppable. I’d say it’s challenging, but I believe that it’s a test of my character. It will help me continuously develop not only my knowledge in the eCommerce industry but also my leadership skills.
Q: How would you define “success?”
A: Success for me is accomplishing one’s goal in mind. May it be a short-term or long-term goal.
Q: How would you describe a supportive work environment?
A: A supportive work environment for me is one where there is a good culture. An environment where not only one’s work performance is valued but as well as emotional, physical, and mental well-being.
Q: What is a fun activity that you’ve always wanted to try?
A: I always wanted to try extreme zip lining.
Q: If you could teleport anywhere in the world right now, where would you go and why?
A: If I could teleport anywhere in the world right now, I’ll teleport to Disneyland, just to see if it’s really the happiest place on Earth, LOL!

A: Unstoppable!
Cha likes to draw and watch post apocalyptic zombie series in her free time, spending time with her family is one of her priorities.
