How do I Pack an Item?

All Sellers should ensure the parcels are in good condition before handover the items to the Courier. Here are the general guidelines on how to pack an item:

1. Use bubble wraps to wrap the items in 2-3 rounds.
2. Separately pack the other accessories.
3. Use sturdy boxes for semi large parcels to avoid scratches or damage items upon delivery. Fill the extra space with filler materials.
4. Tape the opening and seams of the box or pouch.

For fragile items that require special care, fragile stickers should be placed visibly and securely on the external packaging. This ensures that logistics providers are aware they need to handle the parcels carefully to prevent damage.
